I know! A rather unusual painting, but I think quite beautiful ...
The chapel is from our local cemetary, its so beautiful and quaint, but the stones are from varied places of rest (I havent lost the plot I promise you!), and some even have hidden messages upon them - really rather romantic I think ... or not ... you decide?
Here's how I got to where I wanted to get, with some close ups:-
And then the finale ... It is quite hard to see, but this painting is embellished with Swarovski type crystals (yes you are right, not the real ones, of course) ...
The Original piece has already sold, so I must be doing something right, even when it felt a slightly odd one to do :) ...
There will be Limited Edition copies of this one, special copies, that I will also embellish with crystals. Some will be in a floating black frame (on a 2cm edge) which I just know will look super beautiful. I will also get copies on a 4cm deep edge canvas with no frame, which will also be embellished. Do let me know if you are interested...
Blue Moon(s) are on order and will be here soon ... but I imagine Bank Jolls will delay the postie a little so I cant guarantee any delivery dates ...
